Shipping policy

This policy explains how we ship your order, what the costs are and what you can expect after your purchase.

Order processing

We ship all online store orders from the Netherlands. If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 p.m., we dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., at weekends or on public holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched, provided the shipping method supports this. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free for orders of €29.95 or more. For France and Luxembourg, shipping is free for orders of €39.95 or more. If your order is below this amount or is being delivered to another country, the current shipping costs will automatically be shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, where applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia and Sweden.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if the address needs to be corrected.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us. We will help you resolve this with the carrier.
