RETURNING PRODUCTS

You can return the chosen goods within fourteen (14) days after delivery of our product(s), without penalty and without giving reasons. Once we have received the products, we will then refund your purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your decision to revoke the agreement via an unambiguous statement (eg in writing by regular mail or e-mail). You can also use our withdrawal form to do so. Let us know on which IBAN number we can refund the amount for the return shipment.

We have set the following terms and conditions for the right of withdrawal:

We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product have been returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All accompanying documentation, sachets, packaging materials and such must be included in the return shipment.

MARC INBANE® is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during the return shipment. The costs of the return delivery of the products are for you. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with you.
