    If you order before 4:00 pm on a working day, we’ll ship your order the same day. Delivery times depend on the destination country. The times below are estimates and may be longer around public holidays or during busy periods for the carrier.

Then download the return form from our returns page, complete it in full and include it with your return shipment. Send the products back to us following the instructions on our returns page.
